I grew up in my family's restaurants I have been passionate about cooking and food most of my life. I have honed my skills through years of experience in the food industry and have owned/operated many restaurants and catering companies through out the Northeast and North Texas. I have now established myself as a caterer and personal chef to the stars.
I believe that food should not only be delicious, but also nourishing and healthy. I source my ingredients from local farmers and use organic produce whenever possible. Consideration for any dietary restrictions or preferences of my clients is always my first concern. I only source Texas Raised USDA Prime Beef and utilize Texas products whenever possible.
I offer a range of services, from meal planning and preparation to private cooking classes. I can cater any size event, prepare weekly meals for busy families, or create a romantic dinner for two. I can prepare almost anything that you can think of, specializing in Chinese, Italian and traditional Jewish foods. Contact me to discuss your needs and how I can help.
