A LITTLE BIT About Chef Tev Creations

MY CULINARY JOURNEY

I grew up in my family's restaurants I have been passionate about cooking and food most of my life.  I have honed my skills through years of experience in the food industry and have owned/operated many restaurants and catering companies through out the Northeast and North Texas.  I have now established myself as a caterer and personal chef to the stars.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that food should not only be delicious, but also nourishing and healthy. I source my ingredients from local farmers and use organic produce whenever possible.  Consideration for any dietary restrictions or preferences of my clients is always my first concern.  I only source Texas Raised USDA Prime Beef and utilize Texas products whenever possible.

MY SERVICES

I offer a range of services, from meal planning and preparation to private cooking classes. I can cater any size event, prepare weekly meals for busy families, or create a romantic dinner for two. I can prepare almost anything that you can think of, specializing in Chinese, Italian and traditional Jewish foods.  Contact me to discuss your needs and how I can help.  We also offer service staff and can supply everything from cutlery to tents and everything in between.

HOME MEAL REPLACEMENT

  I offer a full range of courses from appetizers to desserts.  I can satisfy the most indulgent palates as well as the most health conscious of needs, including Keto and gluten friendly options as well as vegan, vegetarian and no fat added additions.  All items can be prepared in either individual portions or family style, everything is ready to heat and eat out of the microwave or conventional oven.  I know you're busy, so let me do the work so you can take care of your family.
